Why Are You So Affordable?
As a company we cover 20-30 weddings every week (the same amount of weddings most photographers cover in a year) and have refined all our systems to allow us to complete this amount of work. With scale comes more efficiency and lower prices while still mainaining the highest of standards.
What Are You Payment Terms?
We like to keep things as simple as possible. We require a non-refundable deposit of $295 at the time of making your booking, 50% of the remaining blance due 7 days before your wedding, with the remaining balance due once your editing has been completed. If you prefer somehting different, please let us know.
What's Your Experience?
We’ve been shooting weddings for over 10 years, and regarded as the most booked studio in QLD. Every member of our team is employed by us (no freelancers or contract studios), have been trained by us, carry all the essential equipment to cover your wedding day correctly and hold a minimum of 5 years experience in shooting weddings.
When Do I Get My Photos and Films?
FAST! We will have all of your photos and videos beautifully edited and available to you via digitial download and via your private online gallery within 7 days of your wedding.
How Do I Make A Booking?
Simply, fill in our enquiry form to get your quote and make your booking from there, or book your package online by Clicking Here. Our online booking system will check our availability for your wedding date and get you all booked in with just a few clicks. You’ll get a confirmation email and one of our team will contact you during business hours to run through any questions.
Can I Build My Own Package?
Yes! As every wedding is different and a standard wedding Photography and Videography package is usually not the best fit, we customise every package to every couple based on their budget and their day. Our pricing starts from 2 hours of coverage (includes your editing, digital download, and 10 day editing) and you simply add additional hours and options to build a package that is perfect for you. Can I Change My Package If Needed?
Absolutely! We understand that your day might tuen our differently than you planned (it might rain, your financial situations might change, or you might just want to add extra hours on the day, etc) and there is nothing worse than to be locked into a package when you can’t use it. No matter what package you book, you’ll only ever pay for what you use.
How Many Photos Do I Receive?
Great Question! The number of photos you receive will depend on many things such as the number of hours in your package, how many photographers you have, your timeline, weather, etc. As a general rule, we provide between 50 & 80 different edited photos per hour of coverage. IE: If you book 6 hours of coverage you’ll receive a min of 350 edited images. When we cull and edit your photos we remove the duplicates, blinking, looking in strange directions, etc and provide you with everything else.
